The Human Rights Press Awards and The Far East Film Festival will be sending one talented young Hong Kong journalist (aged 18-30) to Udine, Italy, to cover a film festival alongside media professionals from all over the world. This is the first time that the festival (April 24 to May 2, 2015) will be hosting a special Campus for budding critics and writers. Airfare, room and board will be covered.
The contest will be based on a 400-word, English-language essay on how some form of expression – a film, book, artwork or performance — affected you this year. It is open to students enrolled in Hong Kong tertiary institutions and to new grads from 2013 and 2014.
Full details can be found on the entry form — please click below. The deadline is March 2, 2015.
