The Human Rights Press Awards, which are now in their 20th year, are continuing a student initiative we started last year.
The Student Human Rights Press Awards will be held again – and will also be expanded to include submissions by both secondary and tertiary students in Hong Kong. Our goal is to encourage youth to become more aware of human rights issues.
The deadline is 31 January, 2016. Winners will be announced at our 20th anniversary gala on 6 May, 2016.
We welcome students presently enrolled in any Hong Kong secondary or tertiary institutions to participate. Works must have been published or broadcast in the professional or campus media from 1 Jan 2015 to 31 Jan 2016. A full set of rules, procedures and downloadable PDF entry forms are available at here.
Students or schools may email email@example.com or call 2300-1250 for inquiries.
